Warranty Coverage

• The warranty terms apply regardless of the purpose of use (commercial, light commercial, or residential).
• Covers failures resulting from manufacturing defects before or after intended use.
• Intended use is at the discretion of Evolve Industries. For questions on proper operation, contact your local representative.

Defect Reporting

• Report any component defects, even outside warranty terms, within one business day to prevent further damage and to ensure a functional and safe space.

Outside Warranty Support

• If outside the warranty, Evolve Industries will assist with OEM replacements. Several spares are available directly online [link].

Customer Agreement

• The possessor of any Evolve Industries product, releases Evolve Industries of any legal liability that may result, direct or indirect, from manufacturing defect.
• By purchasing the equipment, the owner acknowledges and agrees to all terms within this document.
